SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Please allow 1-3 days processing time for your order to ship. When shipped, you will receive an email with shipping and tracking information.

During our peak business periods like festival holidays and weekends, please allow one week extra processing time.

The shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Also, orders are not delivered on the weekends or holidays.

PLEASE NOTE that Contraditions reserves the right to refuse shipping to any order AND is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage to packages once they leave our facility and are into the care of the shipping carrier.

Return & Exchange Policy

Although we do our level best to keep all of our goods in perfect condition, there can be times when they could be small flaws, stains, sewing errors, missing tags, etc. In such circumstances, we express our regret over the same.

In case you still wish to return back the goods, you can do so provided you follow the below conditions:

All returns must be done within 14 days of receipt.
All returned merchandise must be returned with all original tags attached, in any original packaging, unwashed, and unaltered. Other than this, we do not accept them back.
On our part, a thorough check of the returned goods is done. If your claims are found to be free you have the option of complete refund or exchange.

In case you opt for refund, the same shall be done within 12 days. However, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

NOTE: We reserve the right to deny you refunds or exchange if your claims do not align with our current returns and exchange policy.
